MEDIATION - HELP FOR YOU

Disputes between neighbours can happen for many reasons - anti-social behaviour, right to light arguments, parking issues, personality clashes, boundary issues or property disputes. They are usually intense and fiercely fought because they involve a perceived threat to your home and your right to peaceful privacy.
 
Neighbour disputes can also be extremely financially and emotionally expensive. The longer a dispute with a neighbour is left to fester, the more it can have a negative affect on your day today life.
 
Mediation is a very powerful and effective way to resolve neighbour disputes quickly and inexpensively. We can arrange to meet you at a neutral venue, or our mediator can shuttle between homes while we help you both to find and agree a solution that you can all live with.
 
Because both neighbours will agree a solution together, they are much more likely to stick to it. This means this is a much smaller chance of the dispute flaring up again.
 
We provide our neighbour dispute mediation service on a fixed fee basis. We charge either £495 + VAT for a 4 hour mediation session, or £795 + VAT for a 7 hour mediation session. Each fee is split evenly between the neighbours.
