MEDIATION - HELP FOR YOU
LANDLORD AND TENANT DISPUTE MEDIATION
As a tenant it can sometimes feel like you have no control over your home. In the event of a dispute, mediation provides a process in which you can be heard and contribute to any solution. You will work with the landlord to reach an agreement to a problem.
Mediation can be used to find a solution for deposit disputes, disrepair disputes, maintenance disputes, eviction disputes etc. It can also be used to resolve disputes between tenants.
We provide our landlord dispute mediation service on a fixed fee basis. We charge either £295 + VAT for a 2 hour mediation session, or £495 + VAT for a 4 hour mediation session. Each fee is split equally between landlord and tenant.
