Selling a property will involve providing lots of information relating to the property and your ownership of it. We will be there to answer any questions you have, no matter how small. We will make sure that the buyer solicitors are provided with all the information they need to allow them to move forward towards a completion date as smoothly and quickly as possible.
We’ll also deal with any outstanding mortgage registered against the property, and make sure that you know exactly how much is owed & when it will be paid from the sale monies.
More than anything, we’ll know you by name and we’ll always be happy to answer any questions that you might have. We’ve written a more detailed blog post covering the sale process – you can read it here.
Remember, while we act for you we will:-
- Use plain and simple English
- Keep you updated
- Respond promptly to you
- Be transparent about our fees
