Property owners can be beset by a wide range of disputes - tenants, neighbours, local authorities, developers etc. can all bring about potential disputes. Such disputes will often affect either the income generated from a property or the potential for the property to be used as the owner requires.

Mediation provides a fast route to reaching a solution without the owner being caught in a lengthy and frustrating leg or regulatory process.

OUR FEES

We provide property mediations on a fixed fee basis. We charge either £495 + VAT for a 4 hour mediation session, or £795 + VAT for a 7 hour mediation session.
